The profipay payment system developed by Tonfunk continues to gain ground. Since March 2016, it has already been used at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig. RB Leipzig decided in favor of the new payment system from Ermsleben after a nine-month selection and testing process.
Simple handling and flexible application options make all the difference. Profipay enables the parallel use of cash and paycard and relies on the latest web technologies for customers. With its newly developed system, Tonfunk prevailed over established competitors.

Profipay differs in several respects from the systems previously used by other manufacturers. In addition to the fastest booking time by far, the versatile basic software enables a more flexible response to individual customer requests.
In addition, profipay's mobile concept, which is unique on the market, guarantees problem-free offline use at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig in addition to online use. In addition, profipay offers a unique service concept that, among other things, enables customers to top up their cards web-based.

In total, more than 170 points of sale are connected to the system at the Red Bull Arena. For all stations, profipay allows real-time evaluation. RB Leipzig is thus guaranteed optimal evaluation and communication with its partners and fans.
